Employing gravure printing alongside a measured CMS (color management system) for producing uniform, premium-quality prints.


Lamination
Three bonding processes unite 2 substrates: Solvent, Solventless, and Extrusion Lamination.
Aging
Following lamination, an aging process enhances interlaminar adhesion within a chamber averaging about 50 ºC.


Slitter
Following lamination, an aging process enhances interlaminar adhesion within a chamber averaging about 50 ºC.
Converting
This process produces diverse pouch types, from three-side pouches to box pouches, based on customer specifications.
